Intelligent Value Batch Function

The Matrix 8150 is the first machine specifically designed for Indian banknotes. It accurately counts the value of unsorted (mixed denomination) currency into batches. Simply choose a preset batch value, and the machine will automatically stop counting once the specified value is reached.

Advanced Counterfeit Detection

The Matrix 8150 is equipped with cutting edge counterfeit detection technology that examines seven key features: Ultraviolet, Magnetic Ink, Metallic Thread, Infrared, Image, Size, and Thickness. It can reliably identify double notes and half notes. When a counterfeit note is detected, the machine automatically rejects it without stopping the counting process. After the count is complete, the machine provides a report detailing the reasons for the rejected notes.

Serial Number Capture

The Matrix 8150 is equipped with two advanced CIS sensors that scan and record the serial number of every banknote. Detailed information of all captured serial numbers can be viewed, saved, and printed on a computer. This feature is especially useful for creating an audit trail and is highly effective for tracking purposes.

Matrix 8128-SF

Face Sorting

This function is used for single denomination (sorted) banknotes. Notes that are facing upright are directed to the main stacker, while those facing down are sent to the rejection stacker.

Matrix 8122

Orientation Sorting

Designed for single denomination (sorted) banknotes, this feature directs notes with the correct orientation to the main stacker, while those that are upside down are sent to the rejection stacker.

Matrix 8122

Denomination Sorting

This function separates a specific denomination into the main stacker, while all other denominations are directed to the rejection stacker.

Top Loading Hopper

The Matrix 8150 features an advanced top-loading hopper designed for user convenience. Its high capacity allows users to add banknotes while the machine is in operation, ensuring continuous counting without any interruptions.

Large Touch LCD Display & Easy-to-Use Interface

The Matrix 8150 is designed with a dual-user setup, featuring a large, clear touch LCD and an intuitive control panel that simplifies the counting process. The display provides all essential information at a glance, including the selected mode, counted quantity, and total value.

Dual Pocket Design

The Matrix 8150 features a stacker, often referred to as the reject pocket, which automatically collects all unrecognized or suspicious banknotes. After the counting process is complete, a detailed report is available outlining the reasons for rejection. In FACE and ORIENT modes, the reject pocket also plays a key role in quickly aligning a mixed stack of banknotes in the same direction.

Dual CIS Sensor

The Contact Image Sensor, developed and engineered in Germany, is exceptional in every aspect. Specifically designed for the banknote processing industry, it is fully sealed to prevent dust intrusion and has built-in resistance to temperature fluctuations, addressing two common challenges in cash handling.
